The dynamic yoga classes of Nadi Yoga consist of a relaxation exercise at the beginning, then asanas gradually build up and we end the lesson with a yoga nidra (yogic sleep), relaxation or meditation. Poses are being held a bit longer to enhance a deeper effect. During the lesson I will be providing breathing techniques for enhancement of bodily awareness. There is a focus on a particular part of the body so that the energy at that location is optimized.
It’s advisable not to eat a couple of hours before yoga class. Make sure to wear clothes for leasure. We pracice yoga bare feet. Mats are available in the studio. Please report any ailments before the class starts.
